Please note that this app should only be used to compliment your current management tools that are used in your facility. It should not be used as your sole evaluation tool in your facility.
This app was created by a Nursing Home Administrator and used by other administrators for continuous feedback to improve its effectiveness. This app can allow you to survey your facility while doing rounds in each department and then generate a final report to send to any email of your choice. We have found the final report very effective in its readiness for morning meetings with department heads. Please use our app and send us comments on how to improve our success. Our goal is to assist administrators and ensure their facility meets a high standard of care to all residents in nursing homes.
